Amount of protein in an egg white- difference with free range

How much protein is there in an average egg white. Its really confusing as all the figures you see include the yolk which too carries some protein so how much in just the white??

Also I always buy normal eggs as there dirt cheap but someone mentioned that there may be more nutritional qualities in free range eggs as there fed on better stuff. Is this the case??

Large egg whites have 3 grams of protein and xlarge eggs have 3.5 grams. I usually go to the produce store down the street and get the xlarge eggs because they are cheaper then the large you get at the supermarket even when they are on sale. I go threw dozens like there water
