Am I overtraining? My Diet and Exercise Program

HI, if its no trouble. Could you let me know how I am doing? I stared 9 Days ago. Diet and exercising. Its is working good, its hard but i am feeling the effects. I am on a strict diet and lots of weight training and exercise. Here is is..

My Diet and Exercise Program in detail- It is working for me great........
Daily Dieting - 
Morning- Slice of Bread, apple sauce and protein shake- Total Calories- 285
Lunch- Tuna Sandwich, Half serving of peanut butter and Protein Shake- Total Calories- 420
Mid-Day- Tuna Sandwich- Total calories- 250
Dinner- Chicken and Vegetables- Total Calories 600
Later- Half serving of peanut butter- Total Calories- 95
Total Calories-Just Under 1700
Also, as a Veggie Supplement, I have 4 Pills of Green Delight. And a variety of Vitamins daily.
I drink LOTS of water....

My exercise program
My Monday- Friday exercises
5 Mile Bike Ride
45 Minutes Weight Training- Different each day
1 Hour Shooting the Basketball outside
9 Minutes of Shadow Boxing
9 Minutes of hitting the Heavy Bag
3 Minutes- Jump Roping
I use my abslide maching and do 2 sets of 15
Shoulder Exercises with 2 1/2 pound weights for 5-10 minutes
100 Jumping Jacks.
And this is it.....
 
what are your goals exactly?

this looks good for weight loss.... as in losing fat and muscle.

I don't know what your goals are though. I think you are over doing the cardio and arobics.

Could you give us some stats?
 
We can't give you an answer without your current stats, but unless you weigh under a buck fifty then I'd say you're burning a shit load of muscle right now. 1700 calories plus all of the exercise you're doing is putting you into a deep caloric deficit. Now if you are very light(120-130) pounds then maybe this is ok, but if you're up above 160-170 then you're way overdoing it.

If you must do the exercise then add some more calories or you're going to be catabolising muscle.
