Am i losing too much weight too fast?

this is a different scale now, and yet it's still around the same range, 132 now, 135 with clothes, wallet, shoes etc.

yah i could use some bulking, and i plan to once i'm happy with my body fat levels. but is the .75-1pound a day i've been losing the last few days bad? i'm worried about losing muscle mass.

well i have 13 1/2" biceps.

shoulder-shoulder is 47"

37" chest all around

30 " waist

34" hips (i think, wearing shorts atm omw out of the house right now)

24" thighs

i don't think i have chicken legs. i'm medium frame. and i already look pretty bulky, and i'm already pretty lean.

anyways, back to my question... is losing more than 3-4 pounds a week a bad thing? am i already losing muscle mass by the second? could use some advice as well on how to transition from almost 0carb diet while cutting into bulking.
