almonds and vector cereal

1)

if i were to snack on nuts (as part of a bulking diet) would almonds be better than peanuts in all aspects?

2)

has anyone heard of vector cereal? Any comments on it?

The man is obviously not on a low carb diet since he's asking about nuts as part of a bulking diet, and you're probably just hunting for those 500 posts

Almonds are supposed to have protein of quality better than the rest of nuts.
