I'm 20, 205 lbs, 6' 2", 15-19% bf. i'm considering starting CKD, but i'd greatly appreciate a website that would entail the proper means of going about this. also, i've been told by many people (they sound rather uneducated, usually fat people at that) that the diet is useless and once the fat comes off it comes right back on. is this the case? i'd suspect with enough cardio and muscle mass the weight would stay off. finally, exercise during the diet is essential, but how

im no expert by any means i did a simalar searchon this subject what i came across to gradually increase calories,carbs ect..
dont just go off the diet and start slamming junk food preceed with caution and babysteps
