Added two more items to food list..

Fisrtsly light milk 0.8g fat.. however 11.4g of sugars.. was the lowest rating i could find... however that nutritional rating is for a serving of 250ml ... i will be only taking in 125ml or so with my cereal.. so 6.2g of sugars shouldn't be too bad??



Secondly crushed garlic a small serving of 10g equals less then a gram of sugar and fat, and i think would go well with canned tuna??


Are these two good?? or should i drop them ?? cheers :)
 
if you are cutting hard, as I know you are, dropp the milk and cereal, and go with some oats with water, the garlic is ok though

Yup. It is fine for bulking though, maybe even maintenence depending on your somatatype (endo, ecto, meso).
