Hey guys I'm currently cutting atm and thought id post two pics. IV been cutting for 9 weeks. It seems the progress made in that amount of time isn't that great though my diet is pretty spot on.
Here is me at 91kgs
And now 86kgs
*keeping in mind there was more lighting in the first pic.
Been on 86kgs for,three weeks but waist size has decreased a bit. I have now dropped carbs to less than 90g a day.
What do you think my bf is? Thanks for the critique!
