3 month transformation

End of 3 month cut. Lost 25 pounds and Didn’t lose much strength. I finally quit whining about not being able to make drastic changes and just did it. Weighed everything that went into my mouth, kept it strict and have been following PHAT. Now to put some mass on slowly!

Very impressive photos. I think so few people commented on this thread because they secretly hate you for looking so good. LOL.

I have done the Layne Norton PHAT program before myself. Really good program. Very well laid out. Layne is a smart guy.

Thanks man! I have been on this program for about a month now and am making slow progress which is fine. I am working with pin presses on power day for bench simply because bench is a weak point for me and I can feel the movement much more working this way for now. Hypertrophy day is spent with dumbbells. My chest is a lagging weak point so it needs more attention. I have been eating at 3700 for 3.5 weeks now but still seem to be sticking at 185. Doesn’t seem like I should need calories in excess of that to gain at 185?? Thanks again to everyone.
