2 options...which one should i take?

hey guys. havent trained for a while now but in a few days ill get started, but before that i neeed advice on my diet.

im gonna stay about 350 cals or something over my need of calories a day.
gonna train 4-5 days a week. i got 2 options to choose on.

1. to stay like i said 350+ cals over my need a day, then on nontrainind days ill just eat my need in calories....so i dont go up or down in weight those days.
or
2. to eat about 500 cals a day on trainingdays and on non training days ill go below my need, about 700 cals or something and maybe drop a little water and as much fat as possible, even thou it wont be more than a hundred grams or what it could be.
ill on non trainingdays eat more fat and protein, and very low on carbs....the keto diet i think its called.

what option do u think would be the best?
i thought it would be opt 2, but what do u think.
