Eating those quantities of veggies and fruits per day may sound daunting but is really easy with a Vitamix - it's a really powerful blender. I use mine daily to drink a ton of veggies and fruit. Veggie smoothies sound gross but a banana goes a long way to making them very drinkable. Plus, a lot easier than cooking and eating them in a more conventional way.
