1% percent milk and diet

do you think 1% milk has the same nutritional value as whole milk? I'm trying to cut down on body fat and trying to get the healthiest products , I changed regular butter for olive butter, white bread for brown etc...

I agree with Steve. Dairy and bread are both inflammatory foods and very poor calories. Just eliminate both from your diet all together.

I would eliminate milk all together from your diet.

Use a high quality protein shake instead. That way you get the beneficial whey proteins with none of the extra fat or sugar found in milk.

1 cup of 1% milk - 105 calories, 2.5g fat, 12g sugar, 8g protein
1 scoop of a good quality whey isolate (I have wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com in my cupboard) - 120 calories, 1g fat, 2g carb, 24g protein

WAY more protein and way less fat/carbs with the protein powder then milk.
