whats up,
I've been dieting for a show for almost a month. I've cut the drinking down to only two nights a week. It's not heavy drinking either, only like 6 or 7 beers. I'm still a little bloated though, what should I do. Should i up the cardio, take more anadrol or cut back to only one night of drinking. I also heard that it's ok to drink shooters instead of beer. Any help would be appreciated.
