I just got back from a run and my forearms are resting on my desk typing. There's literally pools of sweat that splash when I tap them from my forearms.



I'm gonna go drink some more water.

thats awesome. i remember once i ran 3 miles or so in 95 degree heat and high humidity. when i came home i was sitting at my moms glass table in her florida room resting my arms and when i raised them, there was pools of sweat there on the glass
