think about this: my arms are 10.5" flexed... that's tiny. they do 15 lbs an arm on the shoulder press 10 lbs on bicep curls 15 lbs on tricep pull downs...

i leg press 160...

no my bf doesn't work out. i want to get him started... i think he will fairly soon.

i'm having a moment of inferiority.

no he's definitely stronger than me but i did bench more than the rest of the basketball team minus one girl in high school and i was the smallest.
