download soulseek bro... it is the best thing out there right now for downloading/sharing music imo.
once you get the program, make sure you share your files or everyone will block/ban you... and then you wont be able to download shit.

okay, if you use a filesharing program where people can leech off of files you already have, you are completely letting any person in the world feel free to hack into your computer and do what ever they want with it.... not just that, but if you share your files with people across the net you have a chance of getting popped by the RIAA

they are already in MP3 format, all you have to do is drag them from your music folder (where they should be extracted to) to your Itunes Library.. Once the songs are in your Itunes library you can throw them on your Ipod
