What's the big deal against fried foods?

p60

Now I've never been a big fan of fried foods, but a lot of times at my cafeteria they have fried chicken pattys and stuff, and i've been avoiding cuz of uncertainty but, let me get this straight...

if you have some type of protein fried, is it really that bad for you?

Like for some of my meals for example I'll take a tablespoon of some unsaturated oil along with a can of tuna or something.

Fat + Protein

Now with a fried chicken patty, the only fat thats on it is that crunchy stuff on the outside, right? I know saturated fats arent as good for your health, but they dont count for more calorically than regular fats right?

and i know its breaded too, but does it really contain that many carbs, maybe like 1-2 g?

How much fat do you get on a chicken patty on average?

like i know grilled pattys, the ones i get, are around 110 calories
about 22 g of protein, and rest is fat or something i guess.

so like if I had say a fried chicken patty, along with a few nuts lets say

how would that be any different than tuna along with canola oil?
(disregarding the saturated fats issue)

The processing used to make vegetable oils make them bad for you, saturated fat is nothing in comparison, the industry lies to you all day long to sell a product, nothing new.

See "french fries cause cancer", I posted some junk on page 2.
