2 pieces of wheat toast w/ peanut butter
protein shake
1/2 cup oatmeal
cinnamon raisen bagel
1/2 cup rice
1 can of tuna
1/2 cup rice
cup of green beans
lean hamburger steak
about 1/2 gallon of water.
52 minutes and i've got to eat again!!
