Went Wakeboarding Yesterday FUN FUN FUN but Sore Today

MAn, it was the first I got the boat out this year after sitting up for 5 months almost didn't start cylinoid wasn't making good contact. Anyway, me and my daughters went and had a great time. They are getting so mature and older kinda sad thinking they won't be there for that much longer. Got some good air on some 180s and grabs. But man, my lower back hurt doing it(guess I should start some deadlifts huh?) I sure hope my hernia thing healed enough for those couple a bad crashes I took.

Not quite kind of leaning towards a sheppard but I would love to get another Great Dane(like marmaduke color) like I had when I was a kid. Loved that dog before some jerkwad ran over him in a car.
