got the beer on ice. I have a fridge packed with porterhouses and brats. Going to get full and drunk. Just like yesterday at my buddies annual fish fry.

Been cooking steaks for years, thought id check out Chef's advice but he doesn't really do a heck of a lot anything different than I. Their really 1 of the easiest things to cook.
