Weird question
Excerpt: Morning everybody
Bit of a weird question
i have a hot tub at home and when I used to carry more fat the water level would rise to a certain point. As I have lost the fat and gained more muscle, even though I weight the same, the water level doesn’t rise as much. Can someone explain the science on this please
many thank in advance

Re: Weird question
Yes muscle is dense and therefore weighs more than fat but takes up less space. Your fat added more volume to the tub and took up more space
