Good week for the workouts. Bad week for the diet. Had my wife's birthday and 3 business dinners during the week, so didn't get the calories as low as i'd wanted to. I'm having trouble getting off the Dunkin Donuts Bowties (withdrawal) LOL.
I pitched yesterday for the first time and my plant leg is really really sore, so I had to flip flop cardio to today and move my leg workout to tomorrow. Not sure i'll be able to do it tomorrow either, so i'll have to switch up the week a little until my leg feels better. Throwing flat on a gym floor in your pitching motion isn't the best thing for your body. A gym floor isn't very forgiving.
