Virus protection freeware and Firewall protection from hackers!

Here are two sites you may want to download.

http://www.grisoft.com for virus protection, when your online it will download the updates for free.

http://www.zonealarm.com firewall protection from hackers.

It will not let you into elitefitess till you right click on the icon in your task bar on the right side of the bottom of your screen, but it is a real good idea as you never know if your being hacked.

Check them out and if you need them, they are freeware.
