Torn Bicep Tendon

I have to get surgery tomorrow morning. I just want to know if anybody here has had this happen, and how well did they recover?

Mine is ready to snap in my right arm, I kinda wish it just would already. Known two people to have the surgery, recovered well.

I had it done in April, still recovering!
it has been slow but coming around.
just do as the dr says and everything will be good.

No pics, My computer crashed about 2 weeks ago and I have'nt re-loaded the program. It did'nt bruise at all, just been real swollen.

First 4 weeks was stretching and getting movement back in it.
very light after 4 week, you will notice in your chest and shoulder exercises.

lost a lot of size in the arm and shoulder! that sucks!!

you will want to take it easy until it heals, so it will not happen again!!
