This happens all the time in Westchester. Cops are all over these and it ALWAYS makes the news. Parents and kids have done time and paid fines.

you're fine dude, i've been busted for this and nothing bad even happened - a bunch of people got alcohol citations that pretty much don't mean shit. The only way you'll get in any real trouble is if someone dies at your party, so make sure that doesn't happen

YES. Kick them out or dont invite them. The fines for that shit are HUGE.


They just passed some law here in Cali that really fucks adults who knowingly let minors drink at their parties.

When running a club / party - only let hte GIRLS that are under 21 in.
