Seems like some moderators are so desperate for a little power, even if it is just to lock a thread or ban someone or something like that, that it really does it for them. Sort of sad, but at least they have their venue online, since you gots to know they don't have it in real life.

Locked! Banned! Owned! I didn't think they let little sensitive whiny sortslike that in the gym. Guess they sneak in the back door.

Maybe you should call customer service, or PM the mod. Sort of sad you need to bring this up in a public forum instead of handling it more tactfully. IMO.

Side note: I have 100 employees and am active in a lot of local and state government policy setting.

FYI there is little that is more cowardly / sissified than veiled reference to a group of people.
