I'm pretty sure none of them feel this way...but women certainly do lie about it sometimes and it's damaging to the real victims, though inherently sad in its own way. It just doesn't seem like a subject you just want everybody to know about you unless its an attention ploy or something they can use to get back at someone for. Like a girl talking to her new boy toy about how so and so hit me when the guy really did nothing of the sort. So new guy confronts old/still bf and fuck his shit up for no reason just cause this little hot thing was so traumatized by his abuse. Meanwhile new guy is in jail and she is back with supposed abuser. I've seen way to many fights and frendships ruined over a lying attention starved girl.

If it were true they would/shoud report it or whoever they tell should turn the rapist in. Not use it for sympathy or revenge.
