Take a damn shower !

I see them every morning. Leaving the Y at 6:30 going all the way home to shower.
Getting into their nice vehicles dripping with sweat.

If you don't have a Gym with showers, find one.
If not that, use a couple of beach towels across the seats of get washable covers.
