i've been hitting the gym hard for about 10 years now. i mean i have awesome results and even have done a few cycles. i'm 6' weigh about 200.
but just want to know when is a good time to start working out my legs?

10 years ago would have been a good start.

i think i'll start after my next 2 mass cycles. i need a good 20-30 pounds on my upper body before i start.
