Question for Home Builders.....

not be bro - I'm on county sewer system. Idea - call up the local county inspections office and ask them I bet they could give ya an idea or even a reference. good luck
 
It depends on a lot of different things, type of soil, drainage, etc..
Your best bet would be to to people that have built in your area and see what they paid.
 
Thanks...I'm figuring between $10,000 & $17,000. I guess it isn't that much more compared to a non-engineered field. I also know it is quite exspensive in most areas to tap into the county sewers.



I thought trying to build a home is suppose to be a nice experience....ugh!
