outlook express problems... please help

every time i use outlook express it boots me off my dsl connection. it was fine for a long time and it just started happening. i don't understand why. i can use the other version (microsoft outlook) with no problems, but not outlook express. does anyone know what's causing this and how i can fix it?

btw, i hate outlook, but need it for my business, so i need to get this fixed asap.
