Is it okay to run cold air intake during cold winter?

I live in MN, I am going to buy a cold air intake from FDP and since it gets really cold in mn, like -10, I dont want to hurt the engine by keeping it on during the winter

I am pretty new to car modifacations, becasue I now have the money to actually do some

Go for it broly. The colder the better! Denser mixture, more fuel!

really, okay, I just dont want to like make the engine explode or anything.

btw, I stopped saying mah, now you shouldnt hate me any moe

That's appreciated.

For the record they make cool cans for fuel lines that you can fill with ice. I think cold air is fine. It's gonna get heated up by the intake and EGR systems anyway.

what chip/modulater do you recomend if one is to be used?

I was thinking about getting a ASE, the only that sucks is you have to send in your computer. I dont know if I could handle that

I have also seen/heard of the venom and Jet mods, but chips are way better.

btw I have a 2000 malibu ls, with the V6 3100
