I'm one of the few that don't have a cell phone. I have had several over the years and I just never used them or liked to carry them around. So I got rid of them.

I use my cell as a home phone and use my home phone for my computer. I don't even know my "home phone" #. I never keep the phone plugged in either because 1) only telemarketers call it and 2) my ferret Buckshot likes dragging it around by the cord so I don't bother with it anymore.
