Need help please!!!!

Just recently decided to try aas at 32, the guy that set me up gave me test e 250ml wks 1-4 then 500ml a wk for the duration of the rest of the bottle. I took aramidex eod only after I got gyno because of a lack of directions/ knowledge. He told me that I didn't need pct because of the dosages were small. Now I currently have a test level in the mid 60s verses the 6-800 range where it should be. The Dr is giving me test e ironically enough to treat ed because I'm shut down. My question is; should I start another cycle and pct the correct way or????? By the way thanks in advance, the amount of experience and knowledge on here is priceless and I'd like to learn how to do it right and not just randomly put some shit in my body hoping for the best
