Lifting Belts

Excerpt: I need some help in finding A good lifting belt. I am a big guy so I need a big belt, I can not get one at the local sporting goods store as they are not large enough I have a 46" waist and about 50" across the middle, ( i also have a 59" chest so I am not shaped completly like a pear) Any help or sources for this will be great

    Been lifting for 5 years and never use a belt.

    All the people I see in the gym using belts are the 160 lb Frat boys with wife-beaters on thinking the belts help them with bi-curls and bench.

    Just hit the deads and hyper-extensions, you wont need a belt.

    I need a belt for squat and any very heavy lifting. I use to compete in powerlifting years ago and I have been lifting for over 20 years so I know I do not need a belt for most lifting but I have also had 3 hernias over the years so I do need to be prepared. And I am seriously thinking about getting back into competing again because now I qualify for the sub-masters.
