Seriously....the base is raspberry perserves and horseradish. That's good on it's own or you can get creative. Just mix in the horseradish slowly to where you like it. Thought id offer an alternative to the usually served coconut sauce. I also tried an orange marmalade that was good one time. I'd assume orange jelly/jam and think it had shredded coconut in it.
That was the appetizer tonight, followed by my usual--huge porterhouses. LOL--big surprise. Boy did they turn out good!
Fri. night we had the buffet at the casino, Sat. night we ate an old standby in the part of the city that is abondoned and falling down. Literally. There we had alaskan king crab and jumbo prawns.
Food and beer are one of the few things that really put a smile on my face.
