I also drink coffee. For some reason, coffee normally makes me sleepy rather then awake. I have no idea why.

lol, self pleasure is a nice way of putting it........

No, if I even feel like I've had too much ice tea or that I'm gonna have trouble falling asleep, I pop a couple benadryl a couple hours before I wanna go to bed.

Works every time.

Sometimes i jst can't help it, I say I'm just gonna lay down for a second and then I wake up at 8pm. If i have work early the next day I'm screwed.
