I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 11 years. When I was the smell of meat WAS offensive, very greasy, overpowering, and sometimes smelled rotten.

I have been eating meat for several years, since I developed an allergy to wheat/gluten and soy. I still love veggies, especially properly prepared, but I have also been known to put away half a london broil in one sitting
