Moisturizing the skin might help, but like the guy above wrote, if it's bad enough nothing will help

spray it with johnson & johnson's burn and scrape spray, it will sting then feel good. immediately after, apply aloe vera generously to all affected areas. repeat every 2 to 3 hrs. this has saved me peeling i don't know how many times!!
