i don't understand the difference between doing 5 reps a set and 10 reps a set

It's all about what works best for you, broly. Everyone's different. The whole idea of less reps = power and more reps = hypertrophy is just a general guide to assist you. If it were set in stone, everyone would have an optimized workout plan just by reading Flex magaxine.

Weightlifting is a lifelong commitment, so don't be afraid to try something new for a while to see how it works for you.

flex is da bomb!!! but i prefer the thinly guised gay rags with underwear models "spotting" one another.
