Anyone ever take Prednisone? great stuff, i would highly recommend it! It eats muscle, makes you gain fat and retain water. In just 5 days you can see a noticable difference in the mirror!

I have been on 2, 5 day cycles of this crap in the last month and i am on my second course of antibiotics. I have pretty bad asthma and the sick fucker i sit next to at work, brought in some bronchitis for me to try. So far i have lost 8 pounds, and i cough so hard that i hurt my back. Not to mention i am too exhausted to work out. Maybe i should take up smoking. Fuck.
