I am fasting for Ramadan

here is the plan:

Eat one meal before sunrise with about:
3/6ths Complex Carbs( must be complex not simple)
2/6ths Lean Protiens
1/6th Fats

Eat the same Meal at Dark.

This fast may actually force me to make the BEST food choices since I have alot of muscle mass and wish to retain it.
Hence I may be forced to clean up my diet.

Ya Im fasting for Ramadan also, except after the 3rd day I am cooking a whole PIG and feasting....
 
Omega? I never knew you were Muslim. Salaamz bro. I just eat my same exact diet, except in the evening and the meals are closer toghether. Some fast acting carbs (Dates) with oats and some whey to break the fast, then go workout, then PWO shake. Works well.
 
Are you Muslim, Omega. Happy Ramadan. Do people say that?
