here is the plan:
Eat one meal before sunrise with about:
3/6ths Complex Carbs( must be complex not simple)
2/6ths Lean Protiens
1/6th Fats
Eat the same Meal at Dark.
This fast may actually force me to make the BEST food choices since I have alot of muscle mass and wish to retain it.
Hence I may be forced to clean up my diet.
