How Much Do You Weigh and How Many Grams of Protien/day and What Way?

I weight 220 and get my protein this way.

135 grams - shakes
45 grams protein bars
130ish grams - meat and veggies.
 
252lbs, 6' tall........average 300g/day, like to get 400, but sometimes just don't succeed in that

usually 200 comes from whey protein shakes, rest from chicken/meals
 
175 lbs ~ 285-315. i get about 220 from chicken/egg(whites and whole)/skim milk. The remaining 65 - 95 comes from possible more milk, chicken through out the day and what i get from the rest of my food. Oats, w.w. pasta, rice, beans, natty pb.
 
shakes: anywhere from 180-300g a day
then another 50-100 from various meats

(yes my diet is spaz, i live on strawberry protein shakes :( )

weigh about 170

Dang, that is alot of protein. Do you fart alot?

I get approx 150 grams per day..mainly in whole foods, eggs, fish, lean beef, chicken

no, i mix it with water rather than milk. if i used milk, then i dont doubt that my butt would be pretty...volcanic :worried:

also, when youre super low carb, you have to bump protein up to get cals

try bumping up portions of fattier cuts of meat
