sublime35 New member Jun 9, 2006 #4 175 lbs ~ 285-315. i get about 220 from chicken/egg(whites and whole)/skim milk. The remaining 65 - 95 comes from possible more milk, chicken through out the day and what i get from the rest of my food. Oats, w.w. pasta, rice, beans, natty pb.

T The Shadow Guest Jun 9, 2006 #8 215... I get approx 150 grams per day..mainly in whole foods, eggs, fish, lean beef, chicken
