How Many Hours Of Sleep Do You Normally Get?

Lately I've been lucky to get 6-7. It's been pretty sad lately. I really need to start trying to get to bed earlier!

I'm a light sleeper. If i get 7 hours, i'm happy. Always thinking about stuff.

3-4 usually, once every few months i'll crash and sleep 12-14 on a weekend.

Averaging 5 or so. I pull all nighters or 1 hour of sleep fairly regularly though. Its not the healthiest thing to do and I usually need too many stimulants. I need to get on a better schedule for sure.
