    How do I make a training plan with my life goals?

    My goals

    1. Handstand press
    2. do 5 minutes plank
    3. 50 muscle-ups
    4. human flag
    5. Jumping on the bar
    6. Front lever
    7. lift the double of his weight on bench press
    8. running 50 km at 18 km/h
    9. Swimming 20 km and 2 km with tie legs and arms
    10. Stalder press
    11. stay under water five minutes
    12. dive 20 m and bring back 150 pounds without any equipment
    13. Riding from Montreal to vancouver in three days with a super sport motorcycle
    14. Drinking coffee and watching butt of a nice woman with discretion on my well waxed car door
    15. Able to link a cipher algorithm and crypt document with hexa editor
    16. Writing 1000 lines of code in one day
    17. Remove all parts of dodge ram hemi engine and rebuild in one day
    18. Read three books each day
