what program do i need to edit .pdf files. i just have the acrobat reader and it seems like all i can do is look at it... thanks

I've never been able to edit the PDF files bro... I've always looked at them as some sort of picture file or something... and I thought the acrobat reader was just that, a reader... but I could be wrong.

You might try to save one of those files as a word document... that might work?

You need to get Adobe Writer... it's the pay version of Adobe Acrobat Reader that lets you edit the actual PDF files.

there are other shareware tools that can do the trick. also, code libraries. you can put notes and form data directly on top, which can mean small mods.

WARNED!!!

EDITING PDF TEXT IS A MIXED BAG. SMALL MODS CAN BE DONE, BUT PROBLEMS WITH WRAPPING TEXT ACROSS MULTIPLE LINES, ETC. OCCUR...

also, if the pdf is not encrypted, you can open it in NOTEPAD, locate the object definition, and manipulate the text natively.
