HEY! How much is an ounce of chopped onions???

I don't have a scale. Would you say 1 tablespoonful of onions is one ounce?

one 1/4 cup of FINE chopped is an ounce.. or medium chopped is a handful.

No, mrmuscle, I do not have a food scale. I usually just go by the label and guesstimate from there, never had a problem, that is until I ran into these damn onions!!!

first rule of bodybuilding diets NO guessing when it comes to weight of food...get yourself a food scale..chop chop.or else its hard to do small adjustments to the diet.
