Have any of you seen that Baileys commercial??

What is the deal with that Baileys commercial where there is this short haired blonde chick with 3 guys playing pool. She has a glass of Baileys and sets it down- then after she takes her shot she looks and sees that one of the guys drank her drink- so she goes one by one and then chooses the last guy and kisses him while the other two guys sort of hug....I totally do not get this commercial. Are the other guys fags or something? What exactly is the situation? What is Baileys trying to tell us? Pretty strange...
