does it relieve the inflammation or the bronchoconstriction?

From what I read it works for both bronchitis and external allergies irritants.I forget the exact mechanism by which what it did in the lung but I saw it explained somewhere. Stuff really works, the less you can hit the albuterol the better. Not to mention the multitude of other health benefits.
