Not sure where to put this, but I figure a few of you chat board peeps have some experience with sports.
I pulled my hamstring today playing softball.
This is the second time I have done it, first time was 2 years go.
The first time, its was nearly 6 months before I could really get out and put some pressure on it without pain.
I know that to prevent this I need to warm up, stretch, strengthen my hamstring and work on flexibility...
but in the short term, does anyone know of any treatment options?
I'm thinking I am going to see an orthopedist... this sucks. I can't drive my car (its a stick) i can barely walk, and if I sit down wrong it kills.
